Chinese shuttlers dominated the world’s singles draw at the Yonex All England on Thursday, with four of their players reaching the quarter-finals to make up for the shock loss of world No. 2 Wang Xin, who was knocked out in the opening round.

World champion Wang Yihan, world No. 3 Wang Shixian, sixth seed Jiang Yanjiao and Li Xuerui all made it past the second round of the final OSIM BWF World Superseries Premier tournament before the Olympic qualifying period ends on April 29.
